It's just after 11:00 and sadly, I'm working away in my hotel room. I tried to keep the window open, but Colorado is one windy place! I hear some excited voices and then a loud bang. Oh, oh. I've heard that sound before and what follows is never good... Skynet (Terminator 3 if you need a reminder) is buried in a mountain behind me and I"m thinking - could this be the start of the end???? I look out my window and a vehicle in the parking lot is fully engaged. I started checking my rental car slip to see if my ride was covered or if EDS was going to be out of pocket for this one :) My usual parking spot was 1 space over from the massive flames. Then another explosion. The fire trucks were now on their way.
Thankfully, no one was hurt. The vehicle belonged to one of the Security guards. It'll probably make him think twice before tossing out those apparently vindictive weekend wedding revelers again :)
